Prospective Students - Tuition Policy (New Students)

The following details a payment structure that will ensure Kleinburg Christian Academy has your commitment to assist with the continued deliverance of academic excellence and ongoing commitment in training students to “Learn, Serve, and Lead”.

  1. Standard tuition rates apply to all students admitted to the school. Tuition fees are due in advance over 10 equal monthly payments and are payable to Kleinburg Christian Academy beginning July 1st of each year. A $500 non-refundable deposit is due upon acceptance. Deposits not received by the appropriate due date may result in the offer of acceptance being withdrawn by KCA.
  2. New Family Initation Fee: $1000 for the  first year at KCA. A charitable receipt is issued for the full amount.
  3. Students admitted part way through the school year must pay full tuition for the entire month admitted plus a non-refundable $500 deposit. The final monthly payment will be calculated to end on April 1st.
  4. No refund will be issued, for the remainder of the month, for any student permanently withdrawn or expelled prior to month’s end. Any remaining monthly post-dated cheques will be returned. There will be no re-imbursements or partial re-imbursements of any other amounts already paid.
  5. No families owing overdue tuition will be readmitted the following school year unless suitable financial arrangements are made concerning the overdue amount.
  6. Failure to meet stated financial obligations or arrangements on time will result in action to consider refusal of enrollment for subsequent years whether or not the balance owing has been paid in full. Persistent delinquency may result in student removal.
  7. All outstanding obligations must be paid before final (June) report cards will be released.
  8. A $20.00 fee will apply each time a cheque is returned as non-negotiable for any reason.
