We are excited that you have chosen to look into enrolling your child/ren into Kleinburg Christian Academy (KCA).

There are a few simple steps you will need to follow to have a successful application process.

The first step is to review all the information about the school, tuition, and the process in our Application Package download (see below). A few of the documents are also available through our web site:

After downloading the documents you will need to print out the following files:

  • 4 - TuitionPolicy.pdf
  • 6 - ApplicationForm.pdf
  • 7 - ParentsAgreement.pdf
  • 8 - SoFAgreement.pdf

Fill the forms out with the appropriate information and attach your child's most recent report card to it. Then send or bring the application documents into our office. Once this step is completed an in-person appointment will be scheduled.

If you fail to provide us with the appropriate forms the process will be stopped until you provide us with them.

The final step before admission will be the in-person appointment with our Principal, Garry Zondervan.

During the appointment he will discuss with you our school and your child. Your child may also be given an age-appropriate assement.

 

 

 

It is through this process that we can best assess and satisfy the requirements of both parent and student; and, as well, ensure that our school maintains the highest standards of academic excellence.
